Front Bedroom Wifi

Hi,

I have  an issue in with the wifi singal to the puck in the front bedroom.

The singal to the rear bedroom and in the living room, also located in the rear of the house is fine however to the font of the house the signal keeps dropping out.

When the singal drops out the program I was watching stops and it returns to the home screen.

I have been tracking the signal goes from being fair to poor.

Please can I have some advice of how to fix this issue.

Thanks

Firstly, unplug the hub for 10 minutes and then reboot, hopefully a channel rescan will find a less congested wifi channel.

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily if no success with the above, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).

@Roy1976

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that can cause this so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
