Freezing

My TV keeps freezing (3 times in 15 mins)...but my WiFi is good and there is no other problems. Could it be the weather?

Same thing happening to me in Cambridgeshire , only seems to be with the tv! Internet check says it's ok , but clearly its not!

Its a bit windy here...but its annoying when watching a film.  I am in a ground floor flat which doesnt help the situation either. Thanks for your response!!
