Freely tv

My freely tv won’t connect, it’s hit and miss with sky broadband. It was fine with my BT broadband? 
ssneveith connecting to social media, it says to contact my broadband provider???

Presuming this is due to poor wifi try the following, although plugging an ethernet cable between the two would solve the issue.

 

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
