I find Skys website totally useless. I want to discuss an upgrade. I want to discuss the fact that my broadband is pretty useless and what Sky can do to rectify this. I want a phone number so I can speak to a HUMAN!

I don't believe the escalation team will be able to assist you if you wish to upgrade your service in which case you need to call Sky.
If you already have a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile call them for free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
