Flashing lights

Hi, 

 

we've had a slow flashing green light on our new sky max hub since 10pm last night and the PON light is also flashing. I've gone through troubleshooting and it said it escalated it to the network team but I've heard nothing since, when can I expect to hear from them?

@HayleyB3069 Until the PON light goes to a Steady Green then you will have no internet connection! Did sky say they would call you back if they had any update for you! You can also run the service checker from mobile data, just incase it is now an area known fault!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby

Thank you, I've done all the checks and troubleshooting. 
I've been told that it can take up to 72 hours for them to contact me so it's a waiting game!
