First time with sky

I'm waiting for the Sky broadband connection for Jan 28 but I haven't received any email confirming that everything is ok, they charged me 5 lira for upfront and then after payment I received a message on the website that they have a technical problem and I try once, but the payment was made successfully and on the 2nd day I called them to make sure if everything is ok and that I don't have to stay without internet, after they made checks in the system and they kept telling me that no I find my order at the end, they said to wait until the installation date, then to call in case of anything. but I don't want to risk being without internet, or I have to find another provider. Someone have the similar problem

@Andrei91 you should have received an email confirming the order with attachments so check your spam folder that you haven't is concerning. To check what is happening I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
