My Sky Fibre box is showing as working.
My Sky Router is showing as working with everything green
However, my Wifi has stopped completely. There is no wifi at all and the booster won't connect either.
I've rebooted the router several times and all the green lights are showing but there is still no WiFi.
We get zero Vodafone here so rely on the broadband.
Both my wife and I are registered disabled, so it would be great to get this issue sorted.
The WiFi stopped working earlier today.

I would reset the Sky hub by pressing and holding in the reset pin until the power led flashes which will take up to 20 seconds. If your devices still cannot see the Sky SSID and connect using the password then the hub would appear to be faulty. However be warned thst will revert the hub to its factory settings so if you have made changes they will be lost.
