Fibre wont connect

Fibre broadband connection dropped at about 8am and hasnt come back. Done all the usual diagnostic checks locally and no issues.  Skys service checker says no issues reported but https://downdetector.ie/ says otherwise.  Can t through to anyone @ Sky via phone or socials.

Green lights across the board except the LOS light.
