Fibre upgrade

I have recently booked in for Sky to upgrade my property to full fibre. 

we have recently renovated the whole property and want to know if new surface cables will need to run inside the property to upgrade us to fibre as we have all cables running under the newly

Cables are currently running under the newly laid floor

Moving from a copper circuit to an optical fibre connection requires a minimum of an entry point for the new cable and a wall-mounted ONT (optical network terminal) within the property: this is typically on the inside of an external wall rather than deeper within the fabric of the building.

@Jamie041289 As you do not say, but both OR and CF have on the day installation videos that can be watched, take a look and see what they will be doing!
