We upgraded to Sky Fibre over a month ago. Connection around the house is worse than before. We have a boaster that doesn't make things better. We struggle to work from home as meetings cut out. The whole point of upgrading is a waste. I am paying more money for even less. Phoned Sky who could not help me as they say the line is good going into the house. They refused to send out an engineer and refused me to talk to a manager as their systems will not allow it!! They couldn't put me through to a complaints department. Very poor customer service. They don't care about their customers only their systems.
