Fibre is not activate after engineers visit

Our hub arrived in a timely manner and the engineer from openreach came on the right day, did his thing and told us that the service would be active by midnight.

 

alas no- the red light of doom is constantly on the openreach box

 

and there is no one I can call or talk to about this, I have been trying all day. If I do get through to someone then they tell me that they cant talk to me because  I am a sky glass custommer and transfer me through to the 'right place'. Great. But no one ever picks up- ever, well not for 90 mins waiting- and I draw the line at a whole football match of being on hold to a company I am spending the best part of a £1400 a year with.

 

On my account it says that the engineer visit was cancelled- but it wasnt !!! I was there and we passed a nice time together- though they refused a cuppa.

 

So sky thinks the engineer hasnt come so they wont turn me on, but I cant tell them because no one will talk to me because I am a glass custommer and they wont pick up the phone.

 

What do I do?
