Fibre installed incorrect password?

Hi, 

 

I had fibre installed on Weds and we are now unable to connect to the WiFi and it is stating we have the incorrect password?

 

can you please help?

@Charlie0604 if you have a new Sky hub its wifi details will be different so check yourcentering the new details exactly as printed on the hub's label checking you are not reading a number as a letter of vice versa.
