This is how an open reach guy left my installation, Loosing the will with both Sky and open reach complaints services. Been ongoing since 22.07.26,
agreed with installer how to be installed, guy that came to install outside was fab! Indoor I can't even put into words.. agreed with how it wa sti be installed great.. I left went to work my mother in law stayed he abruptly installed another way and was awful with her then left I came home to this an industrial extension lead connecting the router to the plug which baffles me as the outside connection is behind said plug, can someone explain to me if I'm missing something?
Sky and open reach keep passing me back and forward surely this is a hazard and I have 3 children in the house , no one is providing a resolution and I'm losing the will!
