Fibre installation

Had fibre connected /  installed yesterday. Was too busy sorting out four children's various devices with new passwords etc to check external work but the engineer was prompt, courteous and efficient whilst working inside the house. Only after he left did I check the external work. Can somebody advise if I contact SKY or the Openreach contractor responsible to complain?

Initial contact always has to go through the ISP.

Perhaps it's me but what's the issue there?

Re: Fibre installation

Sorry! I posted the wrong image. I just think this should have been a tidier install as there is ample room on the side of the bay. At worst it's an eyesore, at best it will hamper the refurb work already started on the sandstone.
