Fibre installation not completed

Engineer arrived to connect Fibre but a BT conduit is missing from my house. House 11 years old and all neighbours have one except us. He reported this and left.

what now?

Hi @Ian230 

According to the Openreach checker you have a congested duct which will the reason for the delay. It may take Openreach a while to sort this because it could involve getting council permission to dig up the road/pavement to sort the duct out. Or it may require a specialist team to sort it out from the surface.
