Fibre equipment installed without consent
Hi there - I've had what seems to be a problem others have faced of open reach turning up at my property while nobody was home and installing the CSP. No prior appointment made, no consultation as to where the box would go. I had already cancelled the upgrade, so they shouldn't have been there at all, let alone without appointment.
Now Sky and open reach are pulling every trick in the book to promise callbacks and giving other numbers to call to restart the cycle. Then send out their email saying they assume everything is resolved and they're closing the case.
Does anybody have a hack for how to get through to a team that provide actual support rather than the blocking front end. I know it's how the system is designed, so no disrespect to the blocker first line, but I need a way to get through to someone to get this work undone.
Any ideas?

@Sky1011 This may or may not help, but it's worth a shot. Try putting in a Network relocation request and be a little creative as to why you want it removed(i.e., upcoming building work ) rather than just saying you want it removed because you don't want fibre, as they will probably just try to point you towards making a formal complaint if you do.

Re: Fibre equipment installed without consent
Thank you, that's a good tip. I will give that a shot - it's been a bit of a headache trying to find a way through the bureaucracy. A different phrasing might be the key.
