Fibre drops out

I've switched over today from

broadband to fibre. Contacted sky twice now doing the same stuff rebooting everything only for it to drop off again  every couple of hours and then repeat the process again and again. What's the issue sky can't find an issue on the line, beyond a joke.

@Skrikka if tge connection is still unstable today call Sky to report it, Systems can take a few hours to stabilise but if the lights on the hub indicate it is losing the connection to the exchange (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) after24 hours there is an issue.

Getting this when I run the test bearing in mind this my switchover happned yesterday and issues started after the 1st 3 hours

@Skrikka you can click through to see more detail of what the test means but if devices are not performing properly give Sky a call.

Getting the Sky Max router delivered tomorrow hopping this will sort out the problem. Feels like the  black router and the fibre dont work hand in hand with eachother. You reset the router all is fine for 1-2 hours then internet gone and the only way to get it back is by a resetting the router. Cant but help think its the router. I know its not the LAN cable as im using the one from a set up iIknow works and im getting the 3 green lights on the newly installed white box on the wall so calling an eningeer who i think is going to tell me everything with the line is fine.
