Fibre down - Wirral

Hi

Been With Sky fibre for 2 months and all

ok but it's been down since 1pm yesterday.

Any idea how long it usually takes to resolve as just says "we are aware of outage in your area" online.

Wirral CH area.

@Mostly+cloudy There is just know way off knowing what is involved in the Fault or the repair to that Fault, it takes as long as it takes to get the system sorted and working again!
