Fibre connection
We ordered fast fibre but got all the equipment and not had an engineer to connect fibre into our house we still have old copper wire phone connected

@Alanp you should be able to see the status of your order in the My Orders section of the MySky app or website. If you can't or have a query give Sky a call.
