Fibre broadband not working

Since getting fibre broadband it has been awful. 
WiFi connection keeps going, we have sky glass so TV goes off and somtimes takes hours for connection to come back. 
Sky sent us a new router , connected that and the WiFi is still dropping, lights go orange. 
Unsure what the problem is however not getting full service so not happy at all.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help then you will need to give Sky a call to report it to them.
