Fibre box install

I'm due to getvsky Fibre to the home next Tiesday and was told a sky/openreach engineer would be round to fit a box on the outside of my home. There was a van outside yesterday but they were at next doors house. I was wondering how I find out if they have 1 gone to the wrong property or 2 when mine is likely to be fitted? Thanks in advance

Unfortunately no one can tell you if the engineer was for you or not, what does your order tracking show?

It just says the conversion kit has been delivered, which was just an ethernet cable.

And the next 2 steps sky full Fibre activation says activation due and sky full Fibre install says in progress
