Fibre box in wrong place

He has put my sky fibre in my dining room, everything that was under the to live my hive can't reach

Did you have a conversation with the engineer about location? When Openreach install fibre they are limited with how far they can carry the cable from the inital entry point on your home. It may not have been possible to run the fibre to the same location as your old telephone socket.
