- Was due to change to fibre on Wednesday 11th March. Engineers came from open reach and Sky. They were here 4 hours couldn't connectso they plugged the old broadband in. They said it was an issue with the signal bouncing back ? . Open reach came out yesterday morning he was back and forward to the exchange and still had an issue. He disconnected the Internet to allow the new fibre to connect said it may take a couple of hours Problem is it hasn't ! We have no service cant speak to anyone on chat and cant speak to anyone on the phone as theyre saying its closed today . So we have no broadband so cant use the Internet, sky stream , cameras etc .!

The phone lines aren't closed today (apart from in the ROI). You need to contact Sky and see if they've had any update from Openreach overnight.
