Fibre Installation into block ôf flats.

So fibre cabinets have been installed in my street for over a year now , contacted my housing association to ask if they will allow fibre to be installed in block as the broadband connection is very poor, they have advised they haven't been approached by any companies to request access to block, City fibre website says contact broadband provider but Sky say not installed so can't do anything, any idea who I need to get to approach housing association?

Thanks in advance,

If the location is scheduled for an Openreach FTTP deployment under the national project then that might happen any time up to December 2026, while for CityFibre it's a purely commercial decision based on projected take-up.  Individual ISPs are not permitted to influence the delivery timescale of the Openreach scheme, and realistically Openreach themselves are generally tackling easier premises first.
