Fibre Drop out regularly

My sky fibre is dropping out and showing low speeds on a regular basis? I wish to cancel my contract and move to another supplier

@Kevin255 if you are still in the fixed period of your contract Sky will only release you from contract if you give them a reasonable opportunity to sort the issue. If therevis a line problem moving to another ISP who eould use the same line will mean the issue moves with you. 

 

Are you sure the issue is with the service to the hub as opposed with the WiFi connection to your devices. The former Sky can control the latter is often down to the layout of your home and what it is built out of which Sky cannot control.

 

As an initial step talk to Sky and see what they say.
