Fibre Cannot have it neighbour can

Live in country lane been sky member for donkeys years.

Asked for fibre many times asked to be informed immediately it was available.

Hurrah it's here I rang immediately and went through usual procedure then came to mobile phone signal patchy here. (Also neighbour is patchy).

Hum and ha about that said if problem I will put in UPV device they are cheap enough.

Need to remove talk etc go to another dept and they say you can't have it???????.

Neighbour is 100m up road 200 m from cabinet, all supplies to our cottages are overhead.

Any thoughts anyone.
