Fibre Broadband
Just had full fibre installed today and was promised that everything that was attached to previous broadband would automatically attach to the new full fibre without us having to do anything!
But, although Sky Q TV is working we do not have an internet connection or WiFi calling on our mobile phones and our Ring doorbell has stopped working (so much for its no problem everything will work as normal!). Also our phone line has gone dead too. Everything just keeps saying not connected. Why do the engineers not check that everything is connected and working properly before they leave the premises? What do we do now?

Re: Fibre Broadband
@piggo57 Was everything working and connected to the sky hub before. If the router position from previous did not move to far then everything should connect as before as soon as the hub is online and connected to the network. If you moved the hib say further away from the Ring doorbell area then you will get a connection issue with the wireless wi-fi not able to reach it!
OR engineers there to install fibre, just not to get the sky hub all up and working again because the hub moved position!
Phone takes 24-48hrs to all work again, wait until both outgoing is working and incoming calls also start to work!
