Fibre 100

Since getting this in my son can't get no connection or very poor connection we never had a problem since router been moved!

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@Gill118 You should look to see if it is possible to move the sky hub back to where it was previous. Longer Ethernet cable may be all that is needed to do so!
