Fiber ports

The engineer came to connect us to the internet and he couldn't, the reason is the Fiber ports in the cab are faulty.

That will have to be escalated within Openreach: I'd think any such 'engineer' would have a mechanism for this.  You can also call Sky and ask if they've received any information from Openreach.
