For 2 days now no internet, can't get through to speak to a human on phone to find out what's going on. No ideas if it's just us or our area. Service status hasn't updated and gives no indication of likely fix time. We are Leeds LS14 help!!

Same issue here in Lancashire .. I am in Thornton Cleveleys near Blackpool with no internet and I work from home!

Same. Gonna cost us money for travel to work now down to sky not been able to provide a service we are paying for. Frustrating!!

i have been trying to get through since 6.30 am and still no answer just on hold. Went down at 6.30am. I am in FY2 0 area and business cannot operate without wifi
