Fault on router orange light

Why does my sky router have 3 green lights and 4th light  orange on my fibre optic router

@Db99 if tge voice light on your hub is amber but the internet light is green try turning the hub off for 30mminutes as thst often clears tge fault. Of it doesnt or tge fault comes back give Sky a call and report the issue.

This issue has already occurred 4 times since I upgraded to fibre 10 days ago. Fibre has only just become available here. This morning I tried 3 times to reconnect the Sky box to the router before calling Sky. It is now connected but the Sky employee who helped me said it is a know fault waiting for a software upgrade!

Really not impressed.
