Factory reset equipment
I've switched from sky to another provider. Could someone please tell me how I factory reset the router and the streaming box (if the streaming box does need resetting)
thank you. Kelly

Re: Factory reset equipment
@Kelly1784 You don't need to do anthing with the hub as it does not hod any personal details.
For the puck: see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-reset-factory-settings

Re: Factory reset equipment
I don't know what router/hub you have but with the SR203 (the black Sky Broadband Hub) there's a reset button on the back. You'll need a pen or something else pointy. Unplug the ethernet cables and just leave the power cable attached. While the router is still powered on, press in and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds - the router lights will flash twice. Once it's done that, leave it on for five minutes or so and then unplug. That'll reset it to factory settings.

Re: Factory reset equipment
@Kelly1784 To factory reset the (white) SR213 Max hub:
1. Leave the hub powered on, but unplug any ethernet cables. The light on the front should be white.
2. Press and hold the WPS button (on the side, near the bottom) for 30 seconds (it really can take that long).
3. The front light should start flashing green
4. Release the button and let the hub restart
5. Give it 5 minutes to reboot. When the light returns to a solid white, you can unplug it.
That'll be factory reset.

Hi I've done everything you said but the light is staying red does that mean it hasn't reset?
