Recently had fibre installed this week after waiting 9 years on our estate. First day seemed to get fast speeds on WiFi but now it's dropped to circa 120mbps. Supposed to get 500 but minimum guarantee is 400 but when I do sky checker it says I'm getting 399-437. Also have the WiFi max router at an extra cost but even when I plug in via Ethernet I'm still getting the same speed.
So it seems to be an incoming line issue, what am I supposed to do when the sky speed checker is showing completely different results to every other speed test and PC programs requiring updates with built in speed gauge.
