FAR SLOWER DOWNLOADS SINCE RENEWAL

Hi! We recently renewed our Broadband and SKY TV package with you.
Since this, our downloads have been pretty sketchy - although when I check, your system tells me we're fine!
Has the speed been downgraded? I was told we're on the fastest package - yet it's only gone wonky since we renewed.
Would love to hear your views as we are now tied into a 2yr Contract - we'd been out of Contract for a while and it wasn't an issue until we signed on the dotted line..
