Extremley poor wifi

My internet connection has been shocking since i changed it a year ago.. I thought Sky would be a strong choice as its a world wide known, leading service. Such a disapointment. It's not made easy to complain.

@Ladyjayne06  black or white router from Sky? Is the Wi-Fi poor even in the same room as the router is in?
