Extremely slow wifi

The speed on this service has from day one been appalling. This evening I'm getting 27.47 and I'm connected to the hub via my phone. It's less than a meter away in the same room. I'm not getting what I'm paying for so needs resolving. I also want a refund for the poor speed  I've been receiving.

27mbps to a mobile device isnt diabolically bad, although its not amazing. 

 

The speed your paying for is the speed to the hub via a cable so Sky wont refund you for poor speed over a WiFi connection if your getting 27mbps as their maximum promise is 25mbps if you have Full Fibre 300 or above.
