Extremely slow upload speeds

FTTH broadband in Drogheda. I am currently getting 488.44 Mbps download and 0.32Mbps upload. This is with a direct connection to the Sky router without anything else connected. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting. Any advice.

That certainly sounds like an issue. Is it not picked up by the Sky checker at all?

So after numerous frustrating calls to Sky, their tech arrived and spent all of 5 minutes doing a speed test confirming an issue with the upload. Now it has been passed to OpenEir to investigate the issue on the exterior line. More waiting, more having to commute to the office because I can't work from home like this.

@MichaelJK And also so you are aware, if upload issue then that may just NOT get sorted!
