How can I find out engineer for external junction box for broadband

Sorry your message makes no sense. Are you saying you need an engineer to visit? Is your broadband down?

External fibre box

My Sky broadband installation was completed on June 2, 2025, but it is not yet active due to the absence of the external fiber box. I am unsure of the correct terminology for this component. Could you please advise me on the appropriate steps to take and whom I should contact for assistance? Thank you.

@SiluShaji What does it say on your account regarding the order that you placed, If the internal work is done what the delay is for the external part.You can also look at the site link and use the address checker, if you post up hide your personal details.

Assuming I've understood you correctly, the external box is a CSP, (Customer Splice Point).

@SiluShaji Activation is due when? Have you had an e-mail from Sky, and/or your waiting for the Outside part off the Fibre to be completed by Opereach or one off there contractors!
