Everything’s slow and lagging

TVs not keep up with the picture. Ie people on tv speaking and words not matching what's being said,

The computer / laptop & phones take forever to load.

The number of devices hasn't changed since upgrading to ultrafast. 
Butvtheres definitely a lag.
