Ethernet issues
Hi my xbox series x doesnt work connected to ethernet iv had 2 series x and 2 series s both x's haven't worked on ethernet but does on WiFi the series s both work on ethernet and WiFi i need a stable line on the series x's. Has anyone had this before if so how do I fix it having so many problems with sky for the past year or so.

Hi @abstar1687
When you have had the Series S working on ethernet, have you used the same ethernet cable & connection point for the Series X and it hasnt worked? Or are you using different cables & connection methods?

Iv used the same and different it connects and then disconnects with both series x. Both series S connects not a problem it did work on 1 of the series x then stopped and never worked since
