Ethernet cable

I have recently signed up with sky the ethernet cable is too short for where it needs to go can I get a longer one sent?

• So I bought a cable but it doesn't fit I'm going mad trying to work this out the cable goes into the phone socket and then a smaller connection goes into the sky box. Please can someone send me a link?

@Guineacat66 Link to installing a new hub electronic version just use the yes to internet calls to see ALL the connection types, ignore plugging in a phone if you do not have one.

Are you connecting via a white Openreach ONT box on the wall or a traditional telephone socket?

It sounds like you may using a telephone socket in which case you need an RJ11 cable, not an ethernet cable.
