Error message “problem with broadband

While watching tv, it all shut off and said 'there seems to be a problem with your broadband' 

 

I have done the sky checks on the website for my address and it is displaying a problem with the broadbands connection to the internet. 

the system check says it may be a problem with the puck. 
the status message on the tv says not connected to the internet, but it is connected to the broadband router

@Lucy259 the online service checker should take you through some steps if you click on the problem with your broadband. In the end it should offer to book an engineer to check your line. The other errors are just because as with the broadband down the checks on the puck etc will fail.
