Error message on apps

Hi anyone had a problem with streaming on either Channel 4 or 5/My 5.  App buffers then I get an error message.  "Well this is embarrassing.  Something's not working.  Try again in a few minutes. 4402 network time out".

 

I've refreshed the apps turned everything on/off.  Was suppose to have a call back from Sky yesterday after spending over an hour on the phone to them the day before.
