Engineer
Hi i have recently purchased broadband and talk and when i did it said i will get a engineer visit thursday 19th whoch is tomoorw but i have had no confirmation and dont know weather they will turn up or not i havmt moved into the flat so need to know if they are attending so i can be there

Yes it dosnt show anything on account information i have paid for the setup fee also

@Dave489 You should call sky then, it's 8am to 8pm to speak to them, and a £25 charge if someone does turn up and you are not there!
The Forum has NO idea what you are getting done or what is involved at all!
