We need an engineer sent out AGAIN to sort this out, this will probably be the 6th visit in the last year completely unacceptable

No-one here has any idea what 'this' is.

 

Unfortunately some broadband issues, particularly on the increasingly creaky legacy copper network, are extremely difficult to track down and resolve: that's not entirely unrelated to pushing high speed digital data over Edwardian communication bearers.
