Engineer

I contacted your office about changing my account t as I had free movies and they were going to change it to be charged the gentleman I spoke to done a deal then told us that we could get upgraded broadband and would organise an engineer to come out but he told me on the phone I didn't need to be in house as it would be done outside so I didn't take a say off my work my text came yesterday advising that you were coming to property and needed access so I texted the number and said YES But give me a call I'm 5mins from house that didn't happen and I ran upto house but he was no where to be seen can someone contact me as I'm confused do you need in house or not

You aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers. You will need to instigate the contact with Sky to get an update. No one will contact you as a result of your post. Your Sky account isn't linked to your Community log-in name so Sky won't know who you are anyway.
