Engineer visits in Northern Ireland

I am trying to sort out our broadband since 14 July with many calls to sky. On the 19 September I was told the only way to get an engineer to the house was to upgrade to SkyMax - this I did 9 calls later and I was informed today that Sky do not have engineers in NI. This is not the fact as my friend had a sky engineer at her house in the past two weeks. Can some one please help or do I need to take this external

@Helen1155 Nothing the Forum can do for you as a Customer helps Customer, if you would like to say what your issue is then that would be helpful, if you need to keep going sky then CS is sure the way, cannot understand why going Max was to be the magic pill, is it a lack off wireless wi-fi around the property and you needed to try and boost the signal!
