Engineer visit

Hi, 

 

I missed a call and assume that was the engineer for Wi-Fi installation and immediately tried to call back to the number and it wasn't going through and then tried all the numbers but to no avail. 

 

What do I do next?

Call Sky via their usual number.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
