Openreach visited my property a week ago to connect my Braodband on behalf of Sky. They couldn't connect to the mast due to a HV cable and said they'd be back with some blue ladders. I haven't heard anything and it's been a week now! I've already been waiting 6 weeks for broadband and I've had enough. I can't contact Sky for love nor money, getting any information is like getting blood from a stone!! Any advice? I'm tempted to cancel and go elsewhere

Its down to Openreach availability unfortunately. You may need to be booked back into the calendar. I have escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum.
