Engineer visit
Is it possible to move forward my engineer visit? The soonest I could get is April 16 but could do with it before then. Can't get through to anyone on the phone, the call just drops. Very annoying. Thought there might be last minute cancellations.

You would have to call Sky to enquire and persevere on the call, but it's unlikely as Openreach determine the schedule.
